By accessing aiproshots.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Service description
Aiproshots is a curated, read-only gallery of AI-generated images and the text prompts used to create them. The Site does not generate images and does not host user accounts.
3. Content and attribution
Prompts and images displayed on the Site are collected from publicly available sources and are credited to their original creators with links to their X (Twitter) profiles and original posts. Copyright and other rights in the underlying works remain with their respective owners. Aiproshots claims no ownership over creator content.
4. Removal requests (DMCA)
If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site should be removed or its attribution corrected, contact contact@aiproshots.com with the page URL. We review all requests promptly and remove content upon valid request.
5. Permitted use
You may browse the Site and copy prompts for your own creative use. You may not scrape, redistribute, or republish the Site's curated collection in bulk, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce identical results, as model outputs change over time. Aiproshots is not affiliated with Google or OpenAI. "Nano Banana", "Gemini", "GPT" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiproshots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
